When choosing a satellite dish to use in Spain it is very important to get the correct sized dish and get good advice from a qualified satellite TV installer. We have been contacted by many people over the years who have invested in a satellite dish that is either too small, too weak or positioned in the wrong location that results in poor reception and poor quality picture.
Some dishes will work fine in the morning, but by 7pm will start to pixilate so always make sure that you have the correct size.

FAMAVAL 1.4 SATELLITE DISH TORREVIEJA SPAIN - The 1.4 with its high gain coupled with a black ultra 0.1db LNB has given people the option of an economical satellite TV installation in Torrevieja, Quesada, San Miguel Salinas, La Zenia, Cabo-Roig, Villamartin and Los Montesinos, Rojales and Guardamar area without the high cost of a 1.9 Famaval dish, that said we do recommend the 1.9 Famaval in these areas paticularily if you live on the Costa Blanca all year round as in heavy rain you can experience some pixilation on some channels although many customers are happy with BBC1 and ITV with no on-going bills and rather than paying £23 a month to a local rebroacasting Company.
High definition TV pictures are by far of a higher standard and the 1.4 dish will allow viewers with a HD TV and a HD box to watch BBCHD and many other HD channels for FREE.

The majority of our installations take advantage of the roof and we always aim to position the dish in the best position not just for signal but also as out of sight as possible.
Installing a 1.4 Famaval off set dish on an apartment block or a three story+ building we may need to use a different type of bracket such as the heavy duty floor stand with a concrete base or we can also supply and fit a heavy duty wall bracket, we also have a special bespoke bracket manufacturing option on tricky installations.

FAMAVAL 1.4 SATELLITE DISH CUSTOMISED BRACKET - All customised brackets are Manufactured by our custom bracket workshop using an existing heavy duty bracket and then modernising the bracket to create a custom bracket for yor new Famaval 1.4 off set dish. On the job below we used a 1.4 Famaval pole mount. The 1.4 Famaval pole mount costs an extra 65 it is heavy duty and uses four bolts for a really secure installation.
FAMAVAL 1.4 SATELLITE DISH TORREVIEJA SPAIN - The 1.4 Famaval has consistenly provided a reliable signal from the Astra 28.2 range of satellites, that said some SKY MOVIE channels cannot be received on a 1.4 Famaval dish although the standard definition Movie channel may not be available but the HD version will and vice versa. If you are a resident on the Costa Blanca in the Torrevieja area we would suggest investing in the bigger 1.9 Famaval Prime-focus Satellite dish.
